Full Priced Items
Items purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange when returned within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. We are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn.
Sale Items
Items marked down or purchased during a promotional sale (including using a discount code or coupon) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Refunds are not offered on sale items unless deemed faulty.
Accessories
All accessory items, including hats, hijabs, square scarfs, balaclavas, beanies, and neck scarfs, are ineligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.
Swimwear
Swimwear items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for the same item in a different size if your preferred size is available. This policy does not apply to swim accessories such as headbands, hijabs, sarongs, and similar items. All accessories are final sale.
NOTE
All returns must be submitted through our online returns portal. Simply enter your email address and order number to lodge your return. Return forms included in your parcel are for reference only. Please keep your tracking number once your return has been shipped.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. This policy applies to both Australian and international orders. For international customers, return shipping costs to Australia may be significantly higher.
