Shipping 

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. 

Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $200AU. Express shipping available at checkout.

Yasmin Jay The Label also accepts international orders. International shipping available at checkout.  

International express orders delivered within 1-10 days.
 
Please note that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays.

Returns

Full Priced Items: that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit, when returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Sale Items: Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon/discount code applied at checkout are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. 

Final Sale Items: All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.
