Shipping 

Free standard shipping on orders over $200AUD for orders within Australia.

Express shipping available at checkout for metro area and international orders. 

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. All international express orders are shipped via DHL. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. 

Please note that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays.

Shipping within Australia:

Standard 3-5 business days

Express 1-2 business days

Shipping International:

Standard 9-21 business days

DHL Express 4-6 business days

Returns

Full Priced Items: that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund, e-Boutique credit or exchange when returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn.

Sale Items: Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon/discount code applied at checkout are eligible for an e-Boutique credit or exchange. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn. We do not offer refunds on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. 

Final Sale Items: All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn.

Accessories: All accessory items, including hats, hijabs, square scarfs, beanies, and neck scarfs, are ineligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Included within your package is a Return/Exchange form. Please complete the form and send it to the following address.

Make sure to provide your order number on the parcel.
