PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-ordered items will be processed and shipped as soon as they become available. You will receive an email update once your item has been dispatched. Delivery estimates for pre-orders can be found in the item's description.

DELIVERY TIMES: 
Shipping within Australia: 
We offer Standard shipping (3-5 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days). FREE standard shipping is available on orders over $200. Shipping rates and additional information can be viewed at checkout. 

Shipping International:
Standard international shipments are shipped with Australia Post (9-21 business days). Express international shipments are shipped DHL Express (4 - 6 business days). Shipping rates and additional information can be viewed at checkout.

Shipping times are considered estimates and are subject to delays that may be out of our control.  Orders placed before 12PM AEST will be shipped within 48 hours. Shipping estimated do not include processing times.
Please note that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays.
 
TRACK YOUR PARCEL: 
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an email with tracking details and can receive updates via that link.

Please note that the delivery times listed above are estimates. Yasmin Jay the Label is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If it is not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox with instructions for arranging redelivery or picking up your package at the local post office.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must file a complaint with your local carrier.
 
TAXIES & DUTIES: 
Our warehouses are located in Australia, so Australian customers will not face any duties or taxes on their shipments upon arrival.

For international orders, duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes to clear the package. If you refuse to pay these charges, the courier will discard your package, and YASMIN JAY PTY LTD will not provide a refund or replacement in such cases.

If you refuse or miss your package delivery and it is sent back to our warehouse (which may take several weeks), we can only offer a refund for the value of the items ordered, minus return shipping and restocking fees. These fees vary depending on your shipping address. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
