Refund policy
Full Priced Items
Items purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange when returned within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. We are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn.
Sale Items
Items marked down or purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon or discount code are eligible for an e-Boutique credit or exchange only. We are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn. Refunds are not offered on sale items unless deemed faulty.
Final Sale Items
All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy unless the item is deemed faulty. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn.
Accessories
All accessory items, including hats, hijabs, square scarfs, balaclavas, beanies, and neck scarfs, are ineligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.
Swimwear
Swimwear items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for the same item in a different size. This policy does not apply to swim accessories such as headbands, hijabs, sarongs, and similar items.

All returns must be submitted through our online returns portal . Simply enter your email address and order number to lodge your return. Return forms included in your parcel are for reference only. Please keep your tracking number once your return has been shipped.
